CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – CLICK HERE to fill out application
This front desk cashier/guest service position is the first person to engage a guest upon their arrival or on the phone. Our CSR’s must enjoy working with people, be outgoing, friendly and provide a world class guest service experience. CSR’s job advancement can lead to Manager on Duty, Sales and Event Manager roles.
CSR’s job duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support guests by answering phone calls, greeting and assisting them in person
- Assist guests in the self-registration process
- Sell karting options including up-selling races & specials
- Sales of memberships, arcade cards, snacks, apparel, parties, etc.
- Take payment of cash, credit cards and coupons for specials, etc.
- Scheduling and placement of guest into races, groups and teams
- Open / close cash registers, reconcile register drawer at shift close, balance transactions
- Prepare merchandise displays, Re-stock food and apparel and maintain inventory
- Set-up Retail parties and small group events and provide attentive guest service
- Act as Event Coordinator for Birthday parties and other retail events
- Develop Daily To-Do lists and accomplish tasks as time permits
- Open and Close Shifts to preparation and readiness for following shift
- Keep facility in premier condition completing all opening and closing duties
The Guest Services Representative’s job skills and specifications include:
- Helpful, Friendly and Patient attitude disposition with ability to smile at all times
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a great team player
- Ability to accurately record information with strong attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and problem solve
- Able to work 15 to 28 hours per week including weekends and holidays

TRACK OPERATOR – CLICK HERE to fill out application
The primary role for a Track Operator is to maintain a safe, instructive racing operation that is exhilarating and a memorable experience. There are three roles on the track including Race Director, Controller/Flagger and Pit Controller. Being an extra-ordinary team player and extremely attentive to detail are of fundamental importance in these jobs. Track Operators must enjoy working with people, be outgoing, friendly and provide a world class customer experience.
The Race Track Operator’s job duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Calling racers for line-ups and providing instruction
- Communicating with front counter to run races as efficiently as possible
- Able to lift/pull barriers to ensure track, barriers & pit walls are in proper shape
- Assign karts, call people to races, explain all rules and directions to customers
- Provide safety briefings, assist with kart , head sock, helmet and neck belt fittings
- Flagging races at start, during and closing
- Plugging karts for re-charging, monitoring status of battery stations
- Running endurance races, racing clinics and special racing events
- Up-selling endurance races, racing clinics, special racing events and kids camp
- Keep the facility in great condition and abiding by opening and closing duties
The Race Track Personnel’s job skills and specifications include:

- Excellent communication skills and a great team player
- Able to multi-task and problem solve
- Able to work 15 to 28 hours per week including weekends and holidays

Both positions must have the following Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. from accredited institution (or enrolled in High School with work permit)
- In College working towards a degree is preferable with flexible hours available
- Patient, Presentable, Punctual and Responsible
- Retail experience preferred
- Must be 18 years old (or 16 years old with work permit)
- Able to work weekends (Friday through Sunday)
